How do I get the best deal ?

If you’re looking for the best deal it is always wise to come into the store and see the in-store discounts we give. We discount all of our furniture from the manufacturers RRP and in our showroom, we discount all of our furniture even greater than you will find online. The other benefit of coming into the store is that we can find out where you live and see if you can offer you free white glove delivery ( we do everything for you, deliver, build and remove the packaging). We offer this service free of charge to over 87% of our customers.

Where is your showroom & what do you have on display ?

Our showroom is based inside Moorland Nurseries Garden Centre HG5 8JY. Only 15 minutes from Leeds and 5 minutes from junction 47 from the A1. We are inside the garden centre and have an undercover area for all of our furniture.
We have on display benches, tea for two, modular sets, sofa sets, low dining sets and table sets and in total have just over 30 items to view.
We never sell shopfloor items ( unless requested ) so anything you order from us will be brand new.

How do I buy something?

You can purchase directly from our website or come into the store. If you’re looking for the best deal it is always best to come into store and see our in-store prices and promotions. We discount all of our furniture from the manufactures RRPs so you can rest assured you will get a great deal from us.

How much is shipping?

We have offered Free White Glove Delivery to over 87% of our customers when they come into the store.

If you buy online every item comes with free standard delivery so your furniture is delivered to your door in boxes or on a pallet.

We do offer a White Glove Delivery service, so for £99 you can have any item delivered an built in your home.

For some of our more expensive items we offer a free white glove delivery service as standard.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

We hold 90% of our shop floor furniture in stock ready for immediate dispatch. That’s over 30 sets of furniture, plus an additional 10 sets we don’t have on the shop floor ready to be delivered straight away.

If we have to order your furniture in, providing it is in stock with the manufacturer normally it takes around 3 days to arrive with us then it will be dispatched to you.

If however it is out of stock with the manufacturer we will of course let you know the lead time and ask you if you’re happy to wait.

Do you deliver to Europe ?

We offer European deliveries, however only on a White Glove Service basis.

We can deliver to most European countries but the delivery service will be our own delivery team bringing the furniture to you. This is beneficial as you have complete peice of mind that everything will go to plan and the furniture will arrive with you in perfect condition.

Do I need to sign up to buy?

If you buy from us online you will need to follow the steps to create an account for yourself. This is useful in a number of ways; You will be able to view your order, track your order and message us directly with any questions or queries you may have.

I have forgotten my password, now what?

If you have forgotten your password, don’t worry. Give us a call or send us an email and we will be able to rectify the situation quickly by sending you a reset password link.

I have forgotten my username, now what?

Again don’t worry, please check your emails as we will have sent you an email confirmation of any registration or order placed with your username on.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept; cash, cheque, all major debt and credit cards and finally bank transfer. If needs be payments can be split over different methods of payment.

How do I get a refund?

When you receive your furniture, be sure to check the items to make sure they are undamaged. We will provide a refund for or replace defective items. If we have delivered items to you via our White Glove delivery service we will take away any faulty or damaged items and organise a fast replacement. If we have sent items to you via courier or in the post please return the items in their original packaging within 14 days. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded.
Please note we normally build furniture before delivery to ensure problems do not occur during delivery.
In your return package please include:
The original packing slip
A note telling us what the problem was
A note stating whether you would like a refund or a replacement of the defective item.
Please note: As part of the return process, upon receipt of an authorised return, if the returned item is found to be in perfect working condition, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your replacement or 1 week for a refund if you have not used our White Glove Delivery. Refunds will be applied to your payment account.

What if I change my mind?

Providing the furniture has not been delivered to you, you can change your mind at any time.

If the furniture has been delivered but it is still in its original packaging unopened then again you can change your mind and return the items at your expense.

Unfortunately if the furniture has been delivered and either unwrapped or unwrapped and built we are unable to accept any sort of return as the furniture will then have been used.

What payment security do you have?

Online we use stand alone payment processing. You will be taken to a secure website provided by our payment provider where your payment will be taken. Both online and in-store we are fully PCI compliant.
